Return and Exchange Policy

At Blue salt, we always strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your item, you can return it under the following conditions:

 

• Customers are welcome to inspect their order while the delivery agent is present to make sure everything is correct and in good condition.

• If you decide not to accept the order, you can return it immediately with the delivery agent, but the shipping fee will still apply and must be paid by you.

• Once the delivery agent has left, returns and exchanges are no longer available for any reason — this is to protect the hygiene and quality of our products.
